About Next Step Consulting
The goal of our mission is to help businesses grow through a lean daily workflow that can scale with volume. We do this through a combination of instruction, collaboration, and immersion training (communication, problem solving, reciprocal teaching, etc).
Why Instructional Design?
Instructional design starts from the beginning; through careful assessment we can determine knowledge and/or skill deficiencies that are holding your business back. More importantly, we ask “is instruction the solution?”, a question which lies at the core center of our guiding principle: Unbiased Assessments.
Comprehensive Collaboration is an important guide to our approach of instruction as it pinpoints the type of “need” business leaders are feeling. These can be described as a felt need, expressed need, or an anticipated need and has a large impact on the type of instruction delivery.
